Blackwater Park in Jasper, Alabama is a private site with open fields nestled in a horseshoe bend of beautiful Black Water Creek located about 30 miles NW of Birmingham. Nearby is Smith Lake with 8000 acres of trophy fishing and breathtaking scenery. Within a 90 minute drive you can find historic sites such as Moundville (Mississippian Era Indian town), Tannehill State Park (Civil War Era iron works), The American Village portraying colonial period life, and Huntsville Space and Rocket Center. Spring is an excellent time for turkey and wild boar hunting and both are nearby. Check our web site for links to other points of interest.
Join us at the Southeastern Primitive Rendezvous and learn from seminars and demonstrations. Compete in skills of yesteryear. Have a fling at the Scottish Highland games. Test your marksmanship with gun, knife, hawk and bow.

Early Set-Up Days March 26-28. No early set up fees for pre registered.
GATE HOURS
March 26-28, 8am-5pm; March 29-April 6, 7am-5pm, Rendezvous Rules go into effect 7am Saturday March 31, ending 7am April 6. Limited number of modern campsites are available.
No pets in primitive area. No horse camp. Hot showers available. Traders are responsible for all applicable licenses, permits, taxes. Firewood, water, hooters, trash pick-up and ice (for sale) will be available. Hospital, drug stores, grocery and large chain stores within 7 miles.
